Our Mission:
Partners of the Americas is dedicated to improving the lives of people across the hemisphere through cooperative social and economic development activities. The spirit of the Partnership is citizen volunteers working together to exchange knowledge and expertise, promote friendship and foster mutual understanding.

How We Operate:
Citizen volunteers are the backbone of Partners of the Americas activities. Members work with their counterparts in RN to assess resources and needs and carry out joint projects based on principles of self-help and benefits to both sides. We work from a plan developed annually with our southern partners. Following a process of development and endorsement by both chapters a project proposal may qualify for a POA travel grant. Recipients of travel grants are expected to render reports of their visit and commit to follow-on activities to achieve the goals of the project. Most projects involve an exchange of the key individuals involved. A proposal may qualify for a small project assistance grant to match resources generated by the partnership.
